Sarah is an accomplished professional dancer, certified personal trainer, and movement coach with a diverse background in the Arts, Education and Health Sciences. Sarah has dedicated the last 15 years to helping others achieve their fitness goals as a personal trainer, health educator and movement coach.
In addition to her personal training career, she has nearly 20 years of experience as a professional dancer, and has had the privilege of collaborating with some of Canada's most highly acclaimed and internationally-recognized dance artists. Her decades of training and expertise has been enriched by her academic pursuits, as Sarah holds an honours Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Education majoring in Dance and Health Sciences.
Drawing from her unique blend of experience, knowledge, and passion, Sarah founded Mountains in Motion, a personal training business that empowers people to discover and embrace the vast beauty, strength and wisdom held within each of us.
