For in-home training sessions, do I need to have my own equipment?
No. I will bring everything we will need for each session. I have a range of weights, bands, props and weighted vests that I will provide. Many of the exercises will use your own body weight and the programs are designed to provide maximal results with minimal equipment, so you can workout wherever life takes you!
What are the space requirements for in-home training sessions?
If you have room to lie down on the floor with your arms out to the side (making a 'T' shape with your body) then you have enough space.
Is personal training covered under OHIP or health benefits?
No, personal training is not covered by OHIP or most extended health benefits. However, it may be covered if deemed medically necessary, such as for recovery, chronic condition management, or rehabilitation, particularly when prescribed by a healthcare provider. Some employers offer fitness reimbursement plans that cover a range of health and wellness programs including personal training sessions. If you are unsure, talk to your employee benefits provider for clarification.

Yes. This can be a good option if you would like accountability and flexibility, but are not able to make an in-person session work for whatever reason.
